The opportunity:

Conundrum Adventures is looking to expand through regional representatives to build and service a specific region. The role would be fulfilled as a contract position and compensation would be on a commission basis for events delivered. The corporate office would create and maintain the team building adventures as well as all website and infrastructure required to deliver the events.

Candidate requirements:

As this is an entrepreneurial role the candidate must be able to manage all facets of client interaction from the initial stages of the sales process describing the service and how it can meet the client's needs, sourcing actors or support staff required for individual events and facilitating and managing the events.

For the Ottawa region we do have a specific requirement of being bilingual, although our product will be initially developed in English only, we do need to expand and service the French speaking market also.
