Handling customer complaints and inquiries

Daily handling of cash and paperwork

Maintenance and janitorial upkeep of the area

Qualifications:

Previous Retail/Customer Service Experience

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent telephone skills

Excellent oral and written communication abilities

Knowledge of scanners

Excellent geographic knowledge of canada

A professional and well-groomed appearance

Must be able to pass standard testing

Able to type 40 wpm

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs

Proven ability to meet deadlines

Basic computer skills

Personal vehicle is an asset
