HACCP Coordinator
-The incumbent has responsibility for proactively coordinating the fundamentals of hazard analysis, GMP and HACCP programs, and coordinating the plant’s audit program.
-Through observation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s), the incumbent develops and works with production staff to implement improvements to production techniques that increase food safety.-Participates in food safety meetings, performs audits, and works closely with the CFIA.-Applies best practices and seeks out opportunities to improve food safety processes, examines opportunities for personal growth, industry knowledge, and shares this with peers and embraces the Maple Leaf Leadership Edge Values.
