Job Description As the Store Manager you will be reporting to the local District Manager. You will be responsible for day to day management and operations of the store. You will be training and hiring staff, scheduling work shifts, and managing the inventory and merchandising.

In this fast paced environment, with high volume, you will be busy!! Your store will be receiving skids every day...the stock needs to be counted and stocked on the shelves or in storage. Merchandising is a key part of your day. This is a hands-on management role.

Responsibilities Training and hiring new and current employees.

Scheduling and organizing the employee schedule.

Inventory management and merchandising.

Customer service.

Commitment to your team and the store.

Continuous improvement.

Requirements Managerial experience in a retail setting is a requirement.

Experience in discount or high volume retail is desirable.

Desire to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment.

Hands on management style!

Strong communication and people management abilities.

The ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines.

Focus on Customer Service.

Must be available to work long hours on occasion, and cover shifts.
