Essential Responsibilities As a key member of the GE Money team supporting the Hbc portfolio, you will gain diverse experience in Collections. GE Money will provide you with Collection training needed to accomplish these tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating payment options with customers who are past due on their accounts.

• Contacting customers with past due accounts

• Receiving calls from customers with delinquent accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements •Fully English/French bilingual (Oral & Written)

•6 months of Collections, Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience

•Good PC & Internet skills;

•Ability to work in a consistently changing environment;

•Must be flexible and available to work a variety of rotating shifts to include days, evenings and week-ends

•Good judgment and decision making skills;

•Ability to negotiate payment, manage conflict and overcome customer objections

•Flexible

•Sense of urgency

•Excellent interpersonal/communication skills - both written and verbal;

•Good time management skills;

•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;

•Ability to work independently;

•Commitment to quality excellence
