Job Description:

Working in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate would be responsible for:

- Answering phones, greeting incoming traffic

- Handling mail – incoming and outgoing

- Providing superior customer service

- Office duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.

Required Skills:

- Office Administrative experience (1-3 years)

- Good working knowledge of word and excel and is comfortable with using a computer

- Ability to answer a 3 line phone in a professional manner and transfer calls accordingly

- Ability to multi-task

- Takes initiative

- Willing to learn and adapts to change
